How to Save an Incomplete Application

You can save an incomplete application at any time during the enrollment process and return to it at a later date for completion.

To save an incomplete application

1. On the bottom of your current application, click Save.

   Tip: Complete any required fields on the page before saving the application. Otherwise, you will receive errors for any required fields on that page that are unpopulated.

2. Record your application tracking number in order to retrieve and complete the application at a later time.

   The NH MMIS Health Enterprise Portal public Home page is displayed.
