How to Access FAQs

The NH MMIS Health Enterprise Portal provides you with access to a list of FAQs (Frequently Asked Questions) that you may have as a provider or trading partner. The FAQs are in .pdf format and require that you have Adobe Acrobat Reader software installed on your computer.

FAQs can be obtained from the Provider Enrollment page, from the public menu or from Quick Links panel on the internal or provider login page.

To access FAQs using the Provider Enrollment page

  1. On the Provider menu, click Enrollment.

    The Provider Enrollment page is displayed.

  2. In the Become a Provider or the Become a Trading Partner panel, click FAQ.

    The Provider Frequently Asked Questions page is displayed.

  3. To download, click the appropriate enrollment FAQ list.
  4. Print the document and then close it.

To access FAQs using the public menu

  1. On the Provider menu, click Provider FAQ (Frequently Asked Questions).

    The Provider Frequently Asked Questions page is displayed.

  2. If you are individual or group provider, click Download the Provider FAQ to download provider frequently asked questions.
  3. If you are a trading partner, click Download the Trading Partner FAQ to download trading partner frequently asked questions.
  4. If you are a provider who is also a trading partner, you can download both sets of FAQs.
  5. For ICD10 frequently asked questions, click Download the ICD10 FAQ.
  6. Print the document and then close it.
  7. To return to the Home page, click Cancel.

To access FAQs using Quick Links located on the Internal User or Provider Login page

  1. From the public Home page, on the Login pod, click the Internal User or the Provider link.

    The login page for the user is displayed.

  2. On the Quick Links pod, do one of the following

    1. ClosedClick Provider FAQ.

      • The Provider Frequently Asked Questions page is displayed.
      • To download Provider FAQs, click the appropriate enrollment FAQs.
      • Print the document and then close it.
      • To return to the Home page, click Home.
    2. ClosedClick ICD10 Resources.

      • The ICD10 Resources document is displayed.
      • Right click to print the document, if needed.
      • To return to the Home page, click the browser's Back arrow.
