How to Access and Download Messages & Announcements

You can view messages and important announcements that are updated periodically to assist you. For example, you could obtain general announcements about remittance advices.

To view, print or download available messages and announcements.

1. On the Quick Links pod, click Messages & Announcements.

   The Messages and Announcement page is displayed in a separate Web browser.

2. On the Messages and Announcement page, click the document title.

   The document is displayed in a separate Web browser. The document can be viewed, printed or downloaded. The steps to print or download depend on the Web browser you are using, the Web browser settings, and the Web browser PDF plug-in that is installed.

3. To close the document, in the rightmost corner, click X.
4. To close the Messages and Announcement Web browser, click X.
