How to Use Provider ERA Enrollment

The ERA Enrollment link on the Quick Links pod is used to enroll a provider in Electronic Remittance Advice (ERA) notices so electronic notices can be received.

Optionally, you can:

• Cancel your entries. To close the page or panel without saving your changes, click Cancel.

To enroll in ERA

1. On the Quick Links pod, click ERA Enrollment.
2. On the ERA Enrollment Instructions page, click Continue to enroll in ERA.

3. Complete the fields.

4. Do one of the following:

   • To validate and submit your ERA application, click Validate and Submit.
   • To save your application, click Save.
   • TO exit out of the application, click Exit Application.
