How to Access Provider FAQs

The New Hampshire MMIS Health Enterprise Portal provides you with a list of Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs). The FAQs are in PDF format and you must have Adobe Reader installed on your computer before you can view or download the questions.

To view or download Provider FAQs

1. On the Quick Links pod, click Provider FAQ.

   The Provider Frequently Asked Questions page is displayed.

2. If you are individual or group provider, to view or download the frequently asked questions, click Provider FAQ.
3. If you are a trading partner to view or download the frequently asked questions, click Trading Partner FAQ.
4. If you are a provider who is also a trading partner, you can download both sets of FAQs.
5. View, download, and print the document(s).
