How to Access and Download Provider Manuals

You can view provider manuals on the New Hampshire MMIS Health Enterprise Portal. These manuals contain general medical information related to providers.

For manuals that are in PDF format, you must have Adobe Acrobat Reader installed on your computer in order to view them. The New Hampshire MMIS Health Enterprise Portal provides a link to install Adobe Reader.

To view, print, or download a provider manual

1. On the Quick Links pod, click Provider Manuals.

   The EDI Companion Guide page is displayed, with a list of available provider manuals.

2. To open the document, click the appropriate row.

   The document is displayed in a separate Web browser. The document can be viewed, printed or downloaded. The steps to print or download depend on the Web browser you are using, the Web browser settings, and the Web browser PDF plug-in that is installed.

3. To close the document, in the rightmost corner, click X.
