You can use the Quick Links pod on the provider Home page to access frequently used information. See image

To use Quick Links

1. On the Quick Links pod, click a link to see information about that subject.
   • Add Service Location - Provides the ability to add another service location to your existing approved enrollment application.
   • Provider Resources - Provides a list of additional resources that are available to providers.
   • Provider Training Registration - Provides a list of courses available, when they are scheduled and the current status of availability and allows you to register for a session.

   • Trading Partner Enrollment - Provides instructions and application forms for enrolling as a Trading Partner.

     Tip: If you are a provider who already has started, submitted or has an approved trading partner application, this link is unavailable.

   • EFT Enrollment - Provides the ability to sign up for Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) payments.

   • ERA Enrollment - Provides the ability to sign up for Electronic Remittance Advice (ERA) notices.

   • Revalidation - Provides the ability to submit the application that are on due for revalidation.

   Tip: If you are a provider who already has started or submitted the application for revalidation, this link is disabled.

2. Do one of the following:
   • To close the DHHS Web browser, on the rightmost corner of the DHHS Web page, click X.
   • To close the separate Web browser, on the rightmost corner of the Web browser, click X.
   • To return to the provider Home page, on the menu bar, click .
   • To access another menu item, on the menu bar, point to the menu item or sub-menu item and then click.
