Provider Login Page
As a provider or trading partner, you use the Login page to log into the NH MMIS Health Enterprise Portal.
Provider Login Fields

The password you use to log into the NH MMIS Health Enterprise Portal. |
| Captcha Code | Characters displayed in picture format which are used to verify and authenticate the user's credentials. |
