How to Request a New PIN or Unlock Your Account

If you, as a member, forget your PIN or lock your account after too many failed login attempts, then you can request a new one-time PIN to be sent in the mail.

To request a new PIN or have your account unlocked

  1. On the Member Login page, click Request New PIN/Unlock My Account.

    The PIN Request page is displayed.

  2. Enter your member ID.
  3. Re-enter your member ID.
  4. Click Yes, Submit Request.

    A new one-time PIN is mailed to your address. You use the one-time PIN to log into the NH MMIS Health Enterprise Portal Member Home page. After you log in using the one-time PIN, you must change the PIN to one of your choice.

    Tip: Clicking No, Cancel Request returns you to the NH MMIS Health Enterprise Portal Member Login page.
