How to Access Member Information

Member information about how to apply for various New Hampshire programs, eligibility rules, and forms is available from the New Hampshire Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS) Web site. This information can also be accessed from the NH MMIS Health Enterprise Portal and is displayed in a separate window.

To view member information

  1. To display member information, do one of the following:
    • On the Member menu, click How to Apply.
    • On the Member menu, click Benefits Overview.
    • On the Member menu, click General Eligibility Rules.
  2. Review the information on the DHHS Web site which is displayed in a separate window.
  3. To close the DHHS Web site window, in the rightmost corner, click X.
