Revalidation Reminder: New Hampshire Medicaid is beginning accelerated provider revalidations as part of a federal CMS initiative. This means many providers will be required to revalidate earlier than the usual five year cycle. Please see the full posting at: 2026 Provider Revalidation Initiative Notice  

 

Key points:

  • Revalidation reviews will begin around July 1, 2026, and continue for about two years.
  • Selected providers will receive mailed notices (and email notifications when available) with instructions and deadlines.
  • Providers must respond promptly and supply any requested documents.

Providers may be subject to claims suspension and then termination of their enrollment if the revalidation is not completed in a timely manner.
