Beginning today, 10/2/22, providers will have the ability to reset their own passwords to log in to the MMIS. This new feature will enable providers to access their MMIS accounts at any time, without any external assistance.
If you have not yet done so, you will be required to establish a few security questions upon logging in to your account. This added security measure will enable the password self-reset function.
Providers may alternatively continue to call the NH Medicaid Provider Relations Unit at (603) 223-4774 for assistance with password reset.
